Whiskey Hill Electric was awarded a project in Albany, Oregon, consisting of 40 downtown rental units targeted to senior living.
Electric heat is featured throughout the units, and the Cadet ComPak Bath heater was specified as an upgrade in every master bathroom. The sealed, rust-resistant element and the auto-timer were premium, desirable features that added extra comfort and quality to these homes.
Estimated completion is February 2009.
